Community Spaces & Gatherings
Mental health doesn't exist in a vacuum. So much of our modern distress comes from isolation — the feeling that we are carrying heavy things all by ourselves.
I host regular community events designed to bring people together in low-pressure, welcoming spaces. These aren't clinical therapy sessions or classes; they are human gatherings focused on connection, shared reflection, and breaking the silence.
What to expect
- Zero pressure — you are always welcome to speak, share, or simply sit quietly and listen. Active participation is never forced.
- Confidential and safe — everything shared within our community spaces stays within the room.
- Warm and inclusive — open to all adults, regardless of whether you have ever been a 1-to-1 therapy client.
Upcoming gatherings
The Open Circle
Monthly, facilitated, drop-in
A brief framing introduction, then optional, open-floor sharing on a broad, relatable theme — navigating loneliness, family dynamics, or slowing down in a fast culture. The rule: listen to understand, not to fix. No one gives advice; we simply witness and validate each other's stories.
Walk & Talk Meetups
Monthly, in-person, Dublin
A casual weekend walk in a local park or coastal spot. Movement combined with nature is one of the most powerful natural regulators for the nervous system, and it removes the formality of sitting in a room. Chat as much or as little as you want.
Seasonal Reset Circles
Equinox & solstice, online or in-person
Marking the turning of the seasons as a grounding, intentional practice — reflection, journaling prompts, and setting gentle intentions as the light shifts.
Dates and booking details for the next gathering are shared viathe contact page and on social channels — check back or get in touch to be notified.
